Internet Enabling Fat Client Applications with XML and Web Services

Interested in hooking up your Desktop applications to the Internet? Find out how you can utilize HTTP, XML and WebServices to access and share Web content between client and server applications without complely re-writing your Fat Client front end. This session discusses various XML based data sharing mechanisms from publishing and consuming cursor data, passing objects via XML over the wire, how to utilize XML based data services and finally how to integrate this technology into a business object architecture. We'll also discuss using SOAP based WebServices and relate how this technology mixes with XML and the distributed model.
